As part of the Omni team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:

Collaborating closely with the wider team to:

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the science behind allocated brands and disease areas
• Translate complex clinical data into engaging copy
• Provide innovative creative solutions that are on brief and on strategy
• Ensure that your work is of the highest standards in terms of scientific rigor and accuracy
• Write with flair for different audiences
• Deliver copy that’s been properly reviewed for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Deliver copy on time and as per the brief that’s fully referenced (with an accompanying reference pack)
• Convincingly present your work and ideas, both internally and externally
• Proactively take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of assigned writing and referencing tasks and flagging to team members if there are any unforeseen delays or challenges to delivery
• Drive projects and pitches with minimal supervision
• Present at pitches and client meetings
• Liaise with clients (including face-to-face meetings) and develop good working relationships with client medical teams

What you’ll bring:

• Genuine motivation to work in the pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare environment and make people’s lives better
• Willingness to think innovatively and creatively, and to be adaptable and flexible
• Familiarity with pharma and savvy with science and pharma guidelines
• An ability to show a range of creative and digital thinking
• A science background (eg, life sciences degree or masters)
• At least 2 years’ experience as a healthcare copywriter
• Proficiency in MS 360

• Expertise in PPT and experience marking up PDFs
• Digital experience a plus
