Head Sourcing Excellence Americas

The Sourcing Excellence Lead US will lead the Sourcing Excellence initiatives / projects within agreed Region and will be part of the Global Sourcing Excellence Organization. This individual will enable our sourcing practice in applying best in class sourcing techniques, tools/templates, and practices to deliver maximum value for our clients. Sourcing Excellence Lead will strive to make positive impact on the organization, short and long term and working on implementing sourcing techniques and methodologies. Co-design and run one to multiple of our Chain IQ Sourcing Excellence global initiatives / pillars. The Sourcing Excellence Lead assures a consistent communication and best practices sharing towards our Sourcing Teams. This role reports directly to the Regional Head of Sourcing and Global Head Sourcing Excellence.
