WorkFlex is one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the B2B SaaS HR space, enabling employees to work from anywhere without facing compliance risks. Founded in 2021, we are now a team of almost 100 employees and are aiming to become a Unicorn. As the Head of Product, you will directly report to the founders and be responsible for overseeing the product development, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that we continue to build a product that our users love.

This is a full-time, fully remote role.

🎯 What You Will Do

• Lead the current team of 4 Product Managers (PMs) and 1 UX/UI Designer and collaborate with 15 engineers and 4 Compliance Experts.
• Communicate effectively across stakeholders, including Tech, Compliance, Customer Success, Sales and Clients to ensure alignment on priorities, product vision, and timelines.
• Manage the strategic execution and alignment of our product roadmap together with our Tech and Compliance team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features.
• Own the product execution and strategy for a multi-product platform; today we have workations, business trips, and assignments, and we will add more workforce compliance products.
• Work closely with PMs and UX/UI to ensure that product design meets the highest standards of user experience. You will find some improvement potential.
• Take ownership of product development processes and manage to deliver excellent results under pressure.
• Balance execution with delegation, empowering your team to own initiatives while ensuring high standards of performance.

⭐ What You Need to Succeed

• 3-8 years of experience in a product leadership role at a SaaS company.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring product managers, ensuring their growth and success.
• A sharp eye for great UX/UI and a strong understanding of how to create seamless, intuitive user experiences.
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of performance under pressure.
• Excellent execution skills – you can move fast, make decisions, and get things done.
• Comfortable delegating tasks while maintaining accountability for the outcomes.
• Curious and excited about driving our AI initiatives. You will see that WorkFlex can uncover a lot of potential through AI, given our mission to simplify compliance.
• Fluency in German is a Plus, but not a must-have.
