What You'll Actually Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)
Growth Phase Leadership
- Build the accounting engine that powers our scale from Series B to unicorn status and beyond
- Design bulletproof processes that can handle our rapid expansion without breaking a sweat
- Help our Fundraising team – Work directly with executives to prepare financial packages that tell our incredible growth story to future investments such as Series C
- Captain our international finance fleet – Directly manage our awesome accounting team members in the US and India
- Orchestrate external partnerships – Lead and optimize relationships with our external accounting and tax firms across the US and India
- Create seamless workflows across time zones that make global collaboration look effortless
- Own the full financial cycle – From AR and AP to month-end close and investor reporting
- Master treasury operations – Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow like a financial strategist
- Navigate compliance like a pro – Handle corporate filings, tax studies, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Leverage cutting-edge tools – Become a power user of our current tools with QuickBooks, Maxio, Ramp, Bill and Deel to name a few
- Champion AI-powered solutions – Implement the latest accounting automation tools that make work smarter, not harder
- Build scalable systems that grow with us as we expand globally
- Be the financial voice of reason – Partner with FP&A leadership to provide insights that drive business decisions
