About this role: This   position is responsible and accountable for the delivery of nursing services,   for all nursing staff, and clinical nursing operations. The Nurse Supervisor   also has clinical responsibility for risk management and utilization   management processes. 


The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following counties: Northwood, Marion Co. Core Business hours. Flexible scheduling


Responsibilities include but not limited to:· 

     

  • Leads nursing staff in the planning of care and implementation of the nursing process. 
  • Delegates tasks, oversees, and reviews work. 
  • Identifies staff development needs. Provides training and assistance.  
  • Serves as an active member of the interdisciplinary team to promote and ensure adjustment and continuity of patient care/programs.  
Requirements

 

     

  • Minimum   requirement: Graduate of an accredited LPN program. 
  • BLS   certification required or must be obtained within one month of hire. 
  • Required   Indiana State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Ability   to operate an electronic health record, the full suite of Microsoft Office   products, and other clinically driven software and applications.
