Within Meta our Integrity Operations team aims to create a safe, inclusive environment for the people building community on our platforms by understanding the impacts of global and local trends and addressing and preventing negative experiences.
The Harmful Content Operations team within Integrity Operations strives to create safe platforms that make it impossible for dangerous organizations and individuals to operate, disrupt and prevent real world harm through connecting people in need with the resources and people who can help them best in cases of Suicide, Self injury and Eating Disorders and provide safe and interactive shared experiences in real-time to creators and audiences by creating scalable and efficient integrity solutions across all live video products.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for mitigating real world harm, protecting our community and being the voice of our users. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insights into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale and by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Engineering, Policy and other Facebook teams to drive operational and product development projects in a fast paced and data driven environment.
This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material. I.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, animal abuse, self-injury and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.Harmful Content Project Manager, Integrity Operations Responsibilities

- Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Facebook's community support processes, products and policies
- Help review and implement content policies that take into consideration the needs of a global community
- Work with cross-functional partners to assess support requirements for new product launches
- Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements to develop scalable solutions
- Manage global and cross-functional projects to improve user experience while partnering with teams such as: Policy, Data Science, Product, Engineering, Operations and regional teams
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems such gathering and analyzing relevant data to improve the overall support experience
- Drive strategy for execution, planning, measuring progress and sharing results
- Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence team strategy through effective communication
- 5+ years of experience working in an Operations, Policy, Policy enforcement, Legal, Analytics, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team
- 5+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Experience doing business process analysis
- Experience solving complex problems and operating in ambiguity
- Experience communicating results of technical analyses with non-technical partners and leadership teams to influence the strategy of those teams
- Effective communication
- Work with potentially graphic and objectionable content
- 2+ years in a Trust & Safety, Risk Ops or Investigations
- 2+ years of experience with SQL
- Bachelor's degree
