Overview of Opportunity 

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Hardware Production Manager to oversee engineering ramp activities for new secure communications products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering execution and business operations, ensuring our teams are aligned, resourced, and delivering on strategic priorities. Responsibilities Include:

• Drive operational planning, milestone tracking, and execution excellence across electronic hardware development programs and internal R&D product development
• Optimize build planning, quality control, cost management, production logistics, and product testing with internal teams and external partners
• Manage component readiness, production capacity, and scheduling to support engineering builds and production ramps
• Serve as the central communication point for engineering build status and updates
• Support long-term strategic planning, facility readiness, production line capacity, and supply chain forecasting
• Ensure internal teams and external partners maintain high-quality standards and correct hardware and software configurations throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and provide oversight of manufacturing documentation, revision control, bill of materials (BOM) management, and operations data metrics
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps in current processes; recommend and implement scalable solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations program management
• BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles including prototyping, EVT/DVT/PVT, and production handoff
• Demonstrated success working with domestic OEM/ODM/CM partners and managing builds from prototype through production
• Ability to work daily on-site at our Dayton, Ohio facility with flexibility to travel to OEM/ODM/CM partner manufacturing sites 

Nice If You Have: 

• Holds an active Top Secret clearance and the ability to support special access programs 
• Previous IC or DoD work experience
• Proven expertise in hardware manufacturing, prototype build execution, and transition to full rate production systems

Clearance/Citizenship:

• The candidate must be eligible and willing to obtain a U.S. Top Secret clearance

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range$121,352—$182,028 USD
