🏗️ We are currently recruiting for a Handyman to complete all aspects of refurbishment on a series residential HMO’s in the Lincoln. Boston, Norfolk, Ipswich, Canterbury, Chelmsford, Luton, and Northampton. areas.

📍 LOCATION: Lincoln. Boston, Norfolk, Ipswich, Canterbury, Chelmsford, Luton, and Northampton.
📅 START: On Your Availability (flexible free-lance)
⏰ HOURS: Day Rate - £200.00 – CIS

Duration – Ongoing

🛠️ REQUIREMENTS

* 🏠 Previous experience as a Handyman on residential refurbishments

* 🔨 Good range of general finishing and snagging skills

* Full PPE

* Must have Own Tools

* Must have your own transport

🔨 DUTIES

* General finishing and snagging

* Carrying out minor repairs and remedial works

* Adjusting doors, handles and fixtures

* Keeping work areas clean and tidy
