Summary

The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing communication between the patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining excellent guest service skills, greeting patients upon arrival and directing and/or escorting patients to appropriate destination.Background in health care setting with public relations desired. Excellent interpersonal skills and clerical skills. Is knowledgeable of the physiological, psychosocial and spiritual needs of the patients typically served.Visual acuity, hearing acuity, manual dexterity, oral communication skills, ability to access the entire physical plant, standing and walking for long periods of time. Must be able to bend and lift using good body mechanics.
