DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators) is a non-profit organization that administers benefits for companies who are owned or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
DMBA is hiring a Guest Relations Representative. This is an important position. This associate is often the first and last point of contact for customers, clients, and vendor representatives. They are responsible for greeting guests and creating an impression of comfort, professionalism, and expertise. Serving DMBA guests with kindness, respect and discretion is paramount.
This is a full-time, in-office position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM. The hourly rate is $18.19
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand DMBA's strategic plan and objectives.
- Understand DMBA's infrastructure and diverse services.
- Greet all DMBA guests in a courteous, professional manner.
- Connect guests with the appropriate DMBA representatives or department.
- Work closely and effectively with Customer Service and Financial Planning teams.
- Understand and comply with HIPAA privacy regulations.
- Understand Company and industry terminology.
- Maintain visitor and access logs/spreadsheets.
- Maintain and issue access cards.
- Issue parking validations to guests and vendor representatives.
- Index documents into appropriate workflows.
- Ensure the reception office and consultation rooms are clean and presentable.
- Adhere to professional dress standards.
- Monitor CCTV/security camera feeds and report potential security concerns.

Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams is required.
- Prior reception and/or customer service experience are preferred.
- Prior experience with access control and/or CCTV/security camera software systems preferred.
- Prior experience with indexing software is preferred.
