Job Description

• 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity, preferably in High-end retail fit-out projects. On-site coordination experience is a plus
• Degree in Architecture /Civil engineering / Project management
• Team player, independent, highly organized, proactive, adaptable to changing environment, and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Meticulous with effective planning and coordination skill
• Proficiency in MS office, AUTOCAD, 3D software and Photoshop
• Knowledge in construction regulation and requirements, remodeling and fitting-out projects
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Both spoken and written)
