Growth Marketing Intern

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Intern to support our demand generation activities and large-scale events. This role will provide support to the Growth Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, organized professional with an ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects at one time.   
We are looking for a team player with a passion for demand gen marketing and tradeshow planning. This individual would provide outstanding customer service and is an enthusiastic individual.   What you will do: 

1. Tradeshow Management 

• Manage tradeshow programs including project plan, exhibit logistics, sponsorship management, speaker coordination, booth design & production, manage ERC, shipping and I&D, AV, lead capture, reporting and more 
• Manage onsite materials (i.e., giveaways, collateral) 
• Support event marketing through website, emails, marketing design, and social media 
• Track exhibitor and sponsor information 
• Help coordinate ancillary events associated with the tradeshow (dinners, cocktail hours)  
• Create logistics briefing document for each event 
• Assist with post event metrics & leads 
• Assist in other marketing related activities as needed 

2. Partner Marketing Demand Gen Support 

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns targeted at Gigamon's alliance and reseller partner ecosystem. (C-Level Direct Mail campaign) 
• Work closely with the alliance team to identify opportunities for enablement and marketing initiatives and to-partner promotions. 

What you bring: 

• Proficient in SharePoint, Workfront, Slack, Zoom a plus 
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and collaborative environment 
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills 
• Self-motivated, committed, tenacious and goal-oriented 
• Organizational and Project Management skills
