Role & Impact

• Own and drive our growth strategy from ideation to execution, with direct impact on key business metrics including user acquisition, activation, and retention

• Design and execute multi-channel growth experiments, leveraging both quantitative data and qualitative user insights to optimize our conversion funnel

• Build and scale our content engine across technical blogs, case studies, and video content to establish thought leadership in the AI productivity space

• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate user insights into product improvements and new feature development

• Develop and execute targeted campaigns to reach different user segments, from individual professionals to enterprise teams

• Bring creative problem-solving and innovative thinking to a fast-paced environment, turning ambiguous challenges into opportunities while effectively balancing multiple priorities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or content strategy, preferably at B2B SaaS or AI/ML companies

• Strong analytical abilities with experience using data tools to draw actionable insights

• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with a portfolio of content that drives engagement

• Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments with demonstrable results

• Basic technical understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate complex features to non-technical audiences

Nice to haves

• Strong proficiency with SQL and data analytics tools such as Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience working with CMS and CRM systems like Weflow, Sanity, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
