Group Leader - Embedded Software Engineering

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead developments of state-of-the-art embedded software in order to achieve competitive products.
- Lead the development and management of software requirements based on the system requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of executable embedded software which meets the requirements and complies with the state-of-the-art (including software architectural design, software detailed design, software integration and/or calibration parameter).
- Coordinate the exchange of development-related information and collaboration with internal/external development partners for embedded software (e.g., AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture basic software stack), with production (e.g., flash programming or software functions for end of life), with customers regarding software aspects, with verification and validation for software or with other relevant functions.
- Coordinate the application of suitable software development processes (e.g., Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination).
- Ensure the availability of required technical competencies regarding embedded software development.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software development.
- Experience with C language for controllers.
- Experience with coding in Matlab/Simulink and the related autocode tools.
- Experience with AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture (Davinci Developer and Configurator).
- Experience with Software Optimization for Mass Production in Vehicles.
- Software Validation Experience (Software-in-the-Loop, Processor-in-the-Loop, Hardware-in-the-Loop).
- Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
- Strong leadership skills.
