We’re a family-run business, deeply rooted in values that span generations. As we expand, we’re looking for a strong, dynamic Financial Controller to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in the future of Rombola Family Farms team.
About the role:
Drive financial control and reporting excellence across the business.
We’re seeking a Group Financial Controller to take ownership of financial control, audit, FP&A, tax compliance and systems improvement. Reporting to the CEO, this role plays a key part in the finance leadership team and will work closely with others across the finance function to support business performance and operational improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- 5–10 years’ experience in financial control
- Accounting or Finance qualification
- Strong knowledge of AASB/IFRS and Australian tax
- Proven leadership and analytical skills
- Commercial mindset and strategic thinking
- Experience with financial systems and process improvement
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI and Advanced Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) highly regarded
- Ability to communicate and present financial results, insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
