About the role:

Drive financial control and reporting excellence across the business.

We’re seeking a Group Financial Controller to take ownership of financial control, audit, FP&A, tax compliance and systems improvement. Reporting to the CEO, this role plays a key part in the finance leadership team and will work closely with others across the finance function to support business performance and operational improvement.

What you’ll bring:

• 5–10 years’ experience in financial control
• Accounting or Finance qualification
• Strong knowledge of AASB/IFRS and Australian tax
• Proven leadership and analytical skills
• Commercial mindset and strategic thinking
• Experience with financial systems and process improvement
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI and Advanced Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) highly regarded
• Ability to communicate and present financial results, insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
