Groundworkers

Boyd Recruitment are currently recruiting for 4 experienced Groundworkers to join a long-term civils project in South Lanarkshire.

We are looking for skilled Groundworkers with strong experience across general civil engineering and groundwork activities. As part of the requirement, we are seeking a mixture of plant tickets across the team, so candidates holding additional plant qualifications are highly desirable.

Duties & Responsibilities

General groundwork and civil engineering duties

Drainage installation

Excavation and backfilling

Kerbing and concreting

Ground preparation and associated civils works

Operating plant where appropriately qualified

Working safely and efficiently as part of a site team

Requirements

Previous experience as a Groundworker within the civil engineering sector

Valid CSCS, CPCS or NPORS certification

Relevant plant tickets highly desirable

Good understanding of site health and safety requirements

Reliable and able to work as part of a team

A combination of plant tickets across the four positions is required, including Dumper, Roller, Excavator, Telehandler or similar.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on an established civils project.
