Real Estate Development and Property Management company is seeking a Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance Tech to join the Team! The main function of this position is the overall upkeep and cleanliness of our apartment community.     

Requirements

• General maintenance or cleaning experience

• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the team

• Must possess a positive attitude

• Neat, clean, and professional

• Self-motivated

• Attendance is an imperative job function

Responsibilities:

• Effective and efficient completion of all cleaning tasks

• Walk and inspect community grounds

• Disposing of debris and trash within the community

• Coordinate with the Property Manager on assigned tasks
