Groundskeeper

Pick up all debris on exterior of property 

Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the parking garage 

Ensures all outside grounds of property are maintained  

Clean elevators by wiping down walls, cleaning tracks and replacing light bulbs  

Clean Trash out of moat and maintain proper chemicals  

In the winter months, maintain entrances with ice melt products and scrape the parking lot when necessary  

Additional duties as assigned 

Ability to physically maneuver throughout the resort and in assigned work area(s) to meet job function requirements as described.  

Lift, carry, push, or drag items of up to 70 lbs. (supplies, equipment, trash & receptacles)  

Must be able to read and understand all safety labeling and precautions  

Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays 

Prior professional cleaning/grounds experience preferred 

Ensures that behavior and appearance comply with established standards. Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff.
