Groundskeeper/Janitorial

The Groundskeeper/Janitorial staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the facility, including tennis courts, surrounding grounds, and indoor areas. This role ensures a welcoming and safe environment for all players and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and prepare tennis courts for play, including:

  • Sweeping and cleaning court surfaces

  • Checking and maintaining nets and court lines

  • Removing debris and addressing hazards (puddles, cracks, etc.)

  • Assisting with court repairs and surface maintenance as needed

• Perform general janitorial duties in indoor areas:

  • Cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas

  • Emptying trash and recycling

  • Maintaining janitorial supplies

• Monitor and maintain equipment inventory (maintenance and cleaning tools, court equipment)

• Perform minor maintenance tasks or report larger repairs

• Follow safety protocols and use equipment properly

• Assist with special events or tournaments, as required
