REPORTS TO:General Manager/MOD (Manager on Duty)

REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or equivalent helpful, but not required Former culinary education helpful, at least 6 months experience in a similar capacity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Able to stand for 9 hours Able to lift at least 50 pounds Good hearing for accurate communication Command of the English language for the ability to communicate with management and co-workers at a reasonable level Must be in good physical condition Ability to work well with others

The Grill Cook plays a critical role in achieving OUR MISSION: To deliver the best burger and fry experience ever and have fun doing it.

Responsibilities/Duties

1. Maintains proper uniform and personal hygiene standards.
2. Read through station module including product information before starting shift.
3. Assumes prep duties as needed.
4. Always dates, labels, and rotates products that have been prepped, immediately placing into cooler.
5. Always use clean and sanitized food storage containers.
6. Assumes responsibility for freshness and quality of items prepared.
7. Prepare station menu items according to specified product information in a timely manner with attention to detail and quality.
8. Always clean as you go during your shift. Perform special cleaning duties as specified by the Manager.
9. Responsible for grilling burgers, mushrooms, bacon and onions.
10. Works as a team player with other employees and stations while demonstrating personal commitment.
11. Follows good safety and sanitation practices, demonstrates changing gloves often.
12. Follows safety procedures.
13. Passes all general and departmental exams with a 90% grade or greater.
14. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Manager on duty.
15. Willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with the GUESTS. Has a good understanding and plays an active role in Guest Obsession.
