Responsibilities

• Develop creative collateral and promotional content – Understand project requirements and concepts. Use various techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes. Produce final design solutions such as brochures, banners, and omnichannel strategies. Pitch creative ideas and collaborate with team members to launch projects. Take on particular design tasks to improve and grow.

• Work with internal stakeholders to create internal communications and graphics – Work with internal associates to develop and design promotional materials for the Inclusion and Diversity ARG groups, community service efforts, and general overall internal communications from a print, digital, and video perspective.

• Assist in developing and creating digital assets – A focus on digital strategies such as social media, audio, and visual initiatives to promote BD products and services. Develop social media creative strategies and campaigns to bring awareness to BD products and service offerings. Creation and production of podcast and video strategies.

• Requirement and skills – Experience with design software, Adobe Creative Cloud. InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with design techniques. Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts). Teamwork skills and a keen eye for detail. Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude.

Minimum Requirement:

• Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.]
