This role is crucial for our success in securing and managing government construction projects across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end bid management for government construction projects, working independently to achieve successful outcomes
- Navigate the complete bidding process from solicitation through project delivery
- Develop and submit compelling bid proposals
- Foster relationships with government stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends in government procurement
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Australian government projects tendering, with deep understanding of procedures and regulations
- Demonstrated history of independently winning government construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Strong project management capabilities
