<div> <p><strong>Dark Wolf </strong>is looking for <strong>Google Customer Engineer</strong> to serve as a critical liaison for our Department of Defense (DOD) customer utilizing Google Platform. This role is central to ensuring the optimal adoption, efficient use, and continuous improvement of cloud services within a secure government environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Google Cloud with exceptional communication and customer engagement skills, dedicated to fostering a successful cloud transformation journey for our DOD partner. This position is primarily remote and will require support out of one of the following Dark Wolf Hubs - Herndon, VA; Tampa, FL; San Antonio, TX; Colorado Springs, CO; Ogden, UT; or Omaha, NE. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working with customers to identify and define requirements, pain points, optimization opportunities, and security concerns and translate into actionable engineering tasks.</li> <li>Generating, updating, actioning, and closing out assignment tickets in response to customer needs, evolving security concerns, optimization opportunities, and other stimuli.</li> <li>Conducting customer engagement activities such as weekly office hours, system monitoring, customer requirement gathering, and basic engineering support necessary to ensure the proper use of Google Platform. </li> <li>Working with users to ensure projects are optimized for usage in the platform to minimize cost on a project level-basis to ensure education around the cloud is supporting overall culture change. </li> <li>Collecting and providing customer feedback to the government team to inform impacts of planning decisions. </li> <li>Exploring opportunities for service automation - recognize and experiment with templatization for common service requests through customer consulting procedures .</li> <li>Compiling feedback, suggestions, best practices, and lessons learned and assist in updating documentation and communication processes as necessary to continuously improve the Zero Trust architecture and cybersecurity accreditation processes. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field</li> <li>3+ years of experience in cloud computing</li> <li>1+ years of experience with GCP</li> <li>Strong facility with customer and user interaction, coaching, and requirements gathering</li> <li>Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices or DoD/DISA cybersecurity policies</li> <li>Strong understanding of Google Cloud services and technologies</li> <li>Experience de
