The Difference You Make:

The GTB Sales Officer is responsible for sales and deal origination, deal negotiation and execution of Trade & Working Capital Solutions, with a focus on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications clients and prospects within CIB.  In addition, you will have a key role in marketing our T&WCS products related Data Centers.  You will report to the John Padwater, the lead Sales Officer for T&WCS in the TMT sector (including transactions related to Data Centers). 

• Responsible for transaction origination, including preparing proposals, pitches and presentations.
• Leads client management including but not limited to updating offerings, follow up on existing facilities, and internal reports.
• Interfaces with Coverage and Product teams and other relevant departments (i.e. Risk and Legal) to ensure effective deal management.
• Develops internal relationships in support areas critical to getting GTB deals booked legal, RIESGOS, liquidity committee, compliance, operations.
• Partners with Corporate Banking Cash Management to provide GTB GBM input on their development of cash management platform.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business, Finance or equivalent field. - Required.
Master's Degree Business, Finance or equivalent field. - Preferred.

12+ Years Product Development, Business Development or related experience. - Required.

• Superior knowledge of corproate banking products and trade finance services (both credit and non-credit), competitor product lines and compliance regulations.
• Superior knowledge of financial analysis, risk evaluation, loan documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and leverage professional relationships internally and externally.
• Demonstrated superior sales, presentation, negotiation, and program/project management skills. .
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and ability to quickly learn new software and or systems.
• Superior client relationship, marketing presentation and sales/closing skills.
• Excellent business development and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain and demonstrate high ethical standards and personal integrity to build credibility and trust while enhancing the organization’s reputation.
• Demonstrates the ability to translate customer needs into marketable product features.
• Self-starter: forward thinking, with a positive/can-do attitude.
• Demonstrates the ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth for a specific product.
• Demonstrated understanding of product development life cycle.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum:

$180,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$280,000.00 USD
