About the role:

 

The Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple complex global Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in talent acquisition, project management, and cross-cultural communication. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Work with global Talent Acquisition leadership on planning, execution, and delivery of talent acquisition transformation and harmonization projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. 

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to understand talent needs and business priorities in different regions and functions. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. 

  • Drive process improvements and standardization of talent acquisition practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Partnership with Talent Analytics and Insights (TAI) on key strategic workforce planning initiatives.   

  • Collaborate with HR partners to streamline recruitment workflows, optimize hiring processes, and enhance the efficiency of talent acquisition operations. 

  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, monitor performance against KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. 

  • Take lead on global candidate and hiring manager survey to identify opportunities for enhancement and best practice sharing. 

  • Ensure global TA communication channels are updated and house relevant information ex: sharepoint sites.  

  • Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices in talent acquisition, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in recruitment practices. 

  • Provide guidance and support to regional talent acquisition teams, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards and policies. 

  • Represent the company at recruitment events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our employer brand and attract top talent. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • 5+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or global program management role. 

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies on a global scale, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and regional differences. 

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring diverse talent across multiple geographies and functions. 

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and recruitment analytics and story-telling with data. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

  • High level of adaptability and resilience, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management systems (CRM), recruitment marketing platforms, and other HR technologies preferred. 

  • Professional certifications in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CIR) a plus
