Location - Incumbent can be based wherever there is a Coca-Cola plant location.
This role will work a hybrid or remote work scheduled based on the location of the incumbent.
This role is based in a variety of locations and whether or not relocation benefits are provided will be discussed at the time of offer. In instances where relocation is provided, current mobility policies will apply. All policies are subject to amendment, revision, or discontinuance at the sole discretion of the Company.
Position Overview:
The Global System Asset Reliability Manager (Facilities) for Commercial Product Supply (CPS), North America Syrup Plants, Global Ventures and Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain (TI&SC) locations is a critical role in the Operations Center of Excellence within the Global Real Estate and Workplace (GRW) Team. This role has primary responsibility for Asset Reliability of the global CPS plants, the North America Syrup plant locations and TI&SC locations, providing best-in-class facilities and asset reliability services, implementing a strategic asset management plan, including building condition assessments, maintenance programs, life-cycle management and energy management.
This role will collaborate with the GRW global services partner to develop practices and processes that drive continuous asset improvement and reliability across the CPS, Syrup plants, Global Ventures and TI&SC portfolio. This role will work directly with CPS, Syrup plant and TI&SC leadership, to identify and address regulatory, regional/local requirements that need to be integrated into practices and processes toolkits/playbooks.
This role will drive consistency across the CPS, NA Syrup Plants and TI&SC portfolio through a regular cadence of meetings and engagement with the TCCC leadership and the GRW global services partner responsible for the portfolio. This position will manage the GRW global services partner responsible for CPS, Syrup Plant and TI&SC locations, the relationship between the business and suppliers, partnering with the TCCC Procurement team to define outsourcing structure and sourcing the best partners globally.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Global Responsibility - Developing the Asset Reliability Capability Center
- Develop key deliverables including standard operating protocols, process playbooks, standards, specifications and guidelines to be applied across the CPS, Syrup Plants, Global Ventures and TI&SC portfolio
- Oversight, management and alignment of GRW global service partner relationship with the location leadership
- Collaborate with the Operations Center of Excellence and Regional Operations Directors to drive the adoption of key deliverables, identify legitimate variances and generate new ideas and innovations
- Collaborate with TCCC Procurement and GRW global services partner for sourcing development and implementation, scale where appropriate within the CPS, Syrup Plants, Global Ventures and TI&SC community, as well as, across the TCCC global portfolio
Partners with CPS, Syrup Plants, Global Ventures and TI&SC
- Manage governance and KPIs for the CPS and Syrup Plant locations in collaboration with the Regional Operations Directors and GRW global services partner
- Measure adoption of new processes, playbooks and deliverables
- Support change management efforts related to Facilities capability
- Aggregate and integrate GRW global services partner spend data and conduct comparative analysis to drive improvement across the portfolio
- Responsible for QBR approach, reporting and governance with CPS, Syrup Plant and TI&SC community
Process Improvement / Productivity - Capability Center Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Using data and results from KPIs and service delivery, identify areas of improvement and solution to implement
- Support Operations Capability Center in generating new ideas and innovations, transforming into scalable actions
- Drive continuous improvement through standardized processes across the portfolio
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or in lieu of a Bachelor's degree 15 + years in engineering, facilities or asset management, with 5+ years in supplier/project/people management
