Opportunity Summary
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented students to join our Human Resources team as Global Recruiting Interns. This paid internship offers highly flexible scheduling and is ideal for students balancing coursework and extracurriculars.
Interns will gain valuable, hands-on experience sourcing candidates across multiple time zones and regions, reviewing LinkedIn profiles, evaluating internal job applications, and learning how global recruiting supports our fast-growing organization. This role also provides a direct pathway for consideration into future full-time employment upon graduation, including roles such as our Associate, Client Management position.
What You Will Learn & Do
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Source candidates across North America, EMEA, and APAC using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and job boards.
- Review LinkedIn profiles and internal job applications to identify top candidates for open roles.
- Learn best practices for evaluating candidate experience, communication, and role alignment.
Industry Exposure & Skill Development
- Gain insight into the expert network and primary research industry.
- Learn how talent acquisition supports business priorities across global markets.
- Understand core hiring needs for high-volume roles, including the Associate, Client Management role.
Recruiting Operations
- Support resume screening, talent mapping, and outreach campaigns.
- Assist with talent market research and competitive intelligence.
- Learn foundational HR processes including compliance, candidate tracking, and interview coordination.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Client Management, and Hiring Managers across global offices.
- Strengthen communication, prioritization, research, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Interns Will Have
- Current enrollment as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program (all majors welcome).
- Interest in recruiting, human resources, business, communications, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
