High levels of commercial judgment are required to help the organization achieve business objectives.The individual in this role will work cross-functionally with GE HealthCare stakeholders to identify opportunities and lead outcomes research projects that deliver evidence to support key commercial objectives and to demonstrate the value of GE HealthCare’s in-development and marketed products to providers, governments, and other stakeholders that influence the purchasing decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Imaging Sub-Segments to provide strategic pricing actions, engaging with Region CommOps/CommEx teams. Provide intuitive pricing processes and tools that include price guidance. Establish proactive controls around price discipline. Use data analysis and modeling techniques to ensure optimum pricing structures are in place and pricing trends are understood.
Collaborate with global product teams and regional commercial teams to drive price and margin execution to meet targets.
Understand and influence the full pricing cycle & price strategy, from setting list prices and margin floors to how quoting and recording actuals works systemically.
Drive standard work and continuous improvement through a lean mindset.
Oversee the development of processes and tools to help global and regional teams to proactively manage pricing targets.
Use high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicate difficult concepts and may influence others’ options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Product Management, or a related field
4+ years of experience in pricing, marketing, finance, product management, or a related field
Demonstrated skill to clearly assess financial impact of business actions, recommend and implement strategy
Excellent communication skills: experience working cross multiple levels (including executive level), functions, and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
Successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function
Demonstrated leadership and influence skills for all levels of the business, through previous strategic leadership roles
Desired Characteristics
Master’s Degree in Business/Finance or Corporate Audit Staff
6+ years of experience in pricing, product management, marketing, finance, or a related field
Previous exposure to medical industry regulations (FDA, Medicare/Medicaid anti-kickback)
Prior GE HealthCare marketing, finance, and/or pricing experience
Strong track record of working collaboratively to tackle cross-functional issues, influencing and building/accepting consensus to develop the ideal business and customer outcome
Strong, demonstrated background creating, launching and/or utilizing pricing tools
Greenbelt certified; experience in lean and value stream mapping, skilled in driving change in key business processes
Significant risk or downstream/operational marketing experience
Proven accomplishments of establishing and managing project plans and adjusting to changing circumstances; prioritizes and effectively controls key milestones
In-depth knowledge of product offerings and commercial processes
Effective at building relationships across the organization
