This is a hybrid work opportunity located in Los Angeles, CA. We have a 3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule.

What You'll Do:

• OKRs: Drive execution of the People Experience Team roadmap and quarterly goals and ensure delivery of results through project management and efficient communication to unblock and problem solve alongside leaders of the People Experience Team.  
• Project Management: Lead and drive key People Experience Team projects that require high velocity through collaborative planning, adherence to ambitious timelines, robust change management, and follow-through via partnership with team members.  
• Operations: Manage and drive day-to-day operations of the People Experience Team ensuring processes, policies, infrastructure, and technology enable scaled growth and performance for not just the People Experience Team, but also the business. 
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across the People Team to create and continuously fine-tune programs and processes through data-informed feedback and key insights and analysis. Organize and prepare the documentation and communication of programs, processes and supporting resources (trackers, project plans, etc.) to ensure consistent alignment and communication throughout improvement cycles.

 

What You've Done:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field  
• 5+ years of progressive HR and/or project management experience 
• Previous experience working in a high-growth environment 
• Experience developing and executing People plans and projects that support organizational growth and change 
• Ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions 
• Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional relationships 
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize and drive to success multiple projects simultaneously 
• Superior organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
