• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Meta to strategically develop, implement and optimize outsourcing and vendor management solutions.
• Act as a strategic thought partner for a continuously evolving business.
• Work effectively with Meta business teams as the primary Source to Pay business partner and category expert, addressing supply chain and supply market opportunities.
• Actively identify, track and manage issues and risks for the projects.
• Identify, develop and deploy industry-leading supplier management, procurement and category management practices.
• Prepare and manage outsourcing documents, contracts, statements of work and related procurement documents.
• Drive legal, financial and technological aspects of outsourced programs.
• Lead contract negotiations that optimize value to the company.
• Ensure program success through strong performance management and governance methodologies, in collaboration with the business.
• Balance business requirements versus technical constraints and maximize business benefits.
• Manage complex outsourcing projects (including planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of projects).
• Establish strong collaborative relationships with Global Outsourcing Category Teams, Contract Management Teams, Procurement Operations Teams, and Procure to Pay to develop sound operational processes.
• Ensure regional/local processes are aligned to Meta’s global operating model.
• Understand and apply policies, standards and practices established for vendor management.
• Build and cultivate strategic relationships with key suppliers.
• 12% domestic travel required.
• 4% international travel required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering Management, or a related field and 36 months of job offered or in a supply chain management-related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted.
  Experience must include 36 months involving the following:
• 1. Legal, financial, and technology components of outsourcing
• 2. Planning, outsourcing, negotiating, contracting, and supplier management
• 3. Working with and building successful relationships with business stakeholders, cross-functional groups, and third parties
• 4. Driving change and improving end-to-end processes
• 5. Working in a global and virtual environment, both internally and with suppliers
• 6. Program management, vendor accountability, and optimizing performance
• 7. Negotiating, and breaking down cost models and the drivers of ROI and
• 8. Covering the Global Outsourcing market.
