Global Marketing Director

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Innovation & Marketing Officer, and based in our corporate office in Kansas, USA, you will lead the global marketing strategy for ZIWI — defining our brand vision, building world-class campaigns and creative assets, and empowering regional teams with best-in-class go-to-market toolkits.

You’ll be the driving force behind:

• Global brand strategy and positioning

• Integrated campaigns across the full consumer funnel

• Packaging, creative, and content development

• Consumer insights and trend forecasting

• Global marketing governance and performance frameworks

• Cross-functional collaboration across Innovation, Commercial, Ecommerce, and Sales teams

This role is ideal for a commercially minded brand leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to balance global consistency with local market relevance.

About You

You are:

• A proven marketing leader with experience building and scaling global consumer brands

• Deeply passionate about brand storytelling, innovation, and customer experience

• Data-informed, commercially savvy, and digitally fluent

• Comfortable influencing across cultures, regions, and senior leadership teams

• Entrepreneurial, agile, and energised by growth

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ marketing experience, including senior global or multi-market leadership

• Strong background in CPG, food, beverage, wellness, or pet categories

• Expertise in brand strategy, creative development, and omnichannel marketing

• Experience leading high-performing teams and agency partners

• A genuine passion for pets and pet wellness
