A Day in the Life:

In the position of Global Logistics Manager, you are to oversee the import and export of POS, premiums, and merchandise
displays effectively, ensure timely transportation of shipments by coordinating with freight forwarders, couriers, and
customs brokers. Review and negotiate courier contracts, ensuring favorable terms, and present them for approval.
Regularly monitor invoicing to maintain accuracy and compliance with agreed terms, addressing any discrepancies
promptly.

The impact you'll make: 

  • Manage and oversee the import and export of POS, premiums, and merchandise display shipments, coordinating closely with the customs compliance team and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth end‑to‑end operations. Proactively address and resolve escalations or shipment complications while maintaining clear, effective cross‑functional communication.
  • Manage administrative functions and ensure team compliance with company policies and regulations by coordinating closely with internal teams and upper management.
  • Oversee the billing team in auditing invoices and customs declarations, ensuring alignment with the Accounts Payable (AP) department for timely payment and collaborating with International Finance to ensure accurate General Ledger coding.
  • Review and negotiate courier contracts to secure favorable terms and aggressive discounts, and prepare recommendations for approval.
  • Drive process improvement and automation by identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing technology solutions to streamline workflows. Additionally, manage and execute reports and projects as assigned by upper management.

Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in logistics management
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in warehouse management
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advanced in MS Office and SAP.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of $86,250 - $115,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
