We need a forward‑thinking problem solver with deep experience across global transportation, freight procurement, and supplier management. Ability to bring a strong command of international and domestic logistics operations, a proven ability to lead teams, and the confidence to negotiate contracts while maintaining strict compliance and service standards. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail, we want you!

Qualifications:
• Logistics Management with responsibility across TL, LTL, intermodal, small parcel, ocean freight, and pooled distribution.
• Leadership/supervisory experience leading and developing teams.
• Logistics procurement experience includes sourcing and developing transportation capacity.
• International logistics knowledge in moving goods from multiple countries.
• Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to secure favorable rates and resolve issues.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• This role requires you to physically work on site at our Monroe, WI headquarters.
