Global Director, Talent Acceleration (tX)

As the Global tX Director, you'll be key to embedding and amplifying our culture through impactful leader and team development solutions.
The Global Director will lead Leadership Development globally, overseeing a small, dynamic team responsible for leadership development, learning systems, and technology. This hybrid role is based in our Needham HQ, three days a week.
Where You’ll Drive Impact:
- Innovate Development Solutions: Shape and deliver SharkNinja’s learning and development programs, managing learning systems and technology, and ensuring seamless program delivery.
- Lead Workshops: Design and facilitate engaging workshops, including leading our global onboarding program to immerse new hires in our unique culture and accelerate their impact. You will also lead the charge on building manager skills that will support them as they build and lead unstoppable teams.
- Amplify Culture: Create programs that reinforce and amplify our culture, embedding it deeper into the organization.
- Drive Excellence: Analyze program impact and provide data-driven insights to continually enhance employee development.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with teams across SharkNinja to build capability and reinforce our culture across the enterprise.
- Analyze & Adapt: Continuously refine People and Culture initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing innovative changes.
- Manage Projects: Create and manage comprehensive project plans, communications, and sustainability strategies for programs.
- Research & Report: Conduct research to support interventions and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
- Excel with Data: Use large-scale datasets and statistical tools like Excel to integrate systems and conduct analysis.
- Juggle Priorities: Effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while ensuring high-quality delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Excellence: Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field with 10 years of experience.
- Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to lead and facilitate impactful training sessions.
- Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on precision and prioritization.
