Global CX Consolidation and Remote Experience Supervisor

Finance strategically partners with operations to drive outstanding business results and enhance Ford’s industry leadership. When you join us, you’ll be able to contribute financial expertise that impacts all areas of our company, including planning, manufacturing, marketing and global distribution.

This position takes lead with consolidating the Customer Experience Global Financial Forecast in all initiatives to deliver the close and monthly forecast, and provides key strategic advice to operating partners within the Remote Experience Program. The position will negotiate Business Plan commitments with functional skill teams and market owners to ensure balanced approaches to experiences and considering all metrics to deliver on spending commitments. The position helps develop business cases to understand the enterprise value of the Remote Experience Program, while ensuring Internal Control compliance and management of Reserve Adequacy studies.

As a key member of an agile Finance team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to exert significant influence and contribute directly to the bottom line. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, ready to apply exceptional business acumen, leadership skills, and proactively identify modernization opportunities through implementation of advanced data analysis tools. This high-visibility opportunity offers invaluable experience at the intersection of strategic thought leadership, collaborative business partnering, and advanced technical finance skills.

 

What you'll do...

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of forecasts, budgets, and detailed financial reports.
  • Manage target establishment and reporting on status verse target, YOY performance and forecast accuracy, highlighting concerns and opportunities to senior management.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly Purchase Order accruals and lead annual procurement process deliverables and timing targets.
  • Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities and improvements.
  • Manage timeline and deliverables of Forward Year Business Plan.
  • Evaluate Financial reporting systems and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, and Financial control functions.

Data & Analytics:

  • Utilize advanced data analysis tools for accurate forecasting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Extract valuable insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies to assist in business recommendations.
  • Continuously improve Financial management models to ensure targets are achieved.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to business partners and other stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the team and across CX.
  • Establish and foster strong business partnerships with skill teams.

 

You'll have...

The minimum requirements we seek

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent assignments; recognize changing priorities and flexibility to react to modifications as needed
  • Strong understanding of internal control and accounting policies to ensure a robust control environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence and courage to do what’s right for the business
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and think outside the box for innovative solutions
  • Strategic mindset that ties back work to overarching strategic priorities
  • Adept at using natural curiosity and autonomy to work in white space

Even better, you may have...

  • MBA with a concentration in Finance, Accounting or Business is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional results with the ability to multi-task in the face of ambiguity and rapidly expanding/changing environment
