The Grove Hotel is looking for friendly and outgoing individuals to assist with serving our distinguished guests in a fast paced, high end catering facility. Must be clean cut and capable of maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Serving experience is helpful but we hire primarily for great work ethic and personality.

Requirements

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers with friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
• Must be able to carry 10 capped entrées on an oval tray.
• Learn buffet, plated, and reception style meal services and standards.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Setup, execution, and clean-up for an event.
• Performs side work to prepare for upcoming events.
• Maintain clean service areas at all times.
• Maintain a professional and personable appearance.
