Target Base Pay: $65,000–$70,000 annually (DOE)
$23.00–$24.50/hr based on a 50-hour workweek — guaranteed overtime + quarterly bonuses

What You’ll Do:
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and guest-focused environment
• Hire, train, and develop team members for long-term growth
• Drive performance through clear expectations, ongoing feedback, and recognition
• Manage scheduling, inventory, food/labor costs, and other key operational metrics
• Create a workplace culture rooted in accountability, respect, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (BOH + FOH knowledge preferred)
• Leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-casual or full-service environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on, lead-by-example approach and a passion for hospitality
• Trustworthy, dependable, and self-motivated
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, POS systems); bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
