THE JOB:

Le Cirque at Bellagio is more than just a restaurant, it's a world-renowned dining experience that blends timeless elegance with exceptional cuisine. We’re seeking a General Manager to lead this iconic venue, maintaining its rich legacy while driving innovation and excellence. You will oversee all front-of-house operations, inspire a passionate service team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. This role requires a leader who thrives in fine dining environments, excels in guest service and VIP relations, and can collaborate seamlessly with culinary and beverage teams to uphold Le Cirque's reputation for excellence. Additionally, this leader will play a crucial role in driving financial performance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily operations, labor, scheduling, inventory, guest service, and marketing strategies. Co-own business plan with Executive Chef

• Manage hiring, training, coaching, and implement policies, including collective bargaining agreement

• Engage guests, resolve issues, manage feedback, and collaborate with the kitchen team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Two years experience in Food & Beverage in a supervisory position in a fine dining, high-end restaurant

• Proven expertise in luxury service standards, such as Forbes or similar caliber training

• Understanding of collective bargaining agreement

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
