About the role
To lead and grow Eriez USA in alignment with the Company’s global strategic plan, with a continued focus on profitable growth. The Managing Director will oversee all aspects of the business: operations, financial performance, talent development, and strategic market expansion while fostering a strong, values-driven culture that reflects Eriez' commitment to customer excellence, innovation, continuous improvement and One Eriez collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction to the USA business in alignment with global and local objectives.
- Support growth initiatives for all products, strengthening customer relationships and expanding regional market share.
- Direct, coordinate and collaborate with senior leaders across sales, operations, engineering, and finance to ensure alignment and execution of business plans.
- Partner with vertical market leaders to translate P&L objectives into operational plans, resource allocation, and execution priorities at the subsidiary level.
- Operate the Eriez USA subsidiary with strong commercial and financial discipline, ensuring performance aligns with enterprise targets for revenue, profitability, bookings, and cash generation.
- Represent Eriez in the region with integrity, strengthening brand reputation and forging relationships with key customers, government and professional entities and relevant stakeholders.
- Promote a high-performing and highly accountable culture, prioritizing talent development, employee engagement, and team empowerment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and Eriez global policies, including safety, HR, financial, and ethical standards.
- Contribute to the global Eriez leadership community, collaborating across borders to share best practices and support global initiatives.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all functions.
Strategic Focus Areas:
- Accelerate profitable growth in all regionally relevant market segments through targeted business development.
- In a support of the market vertical leaders, strengthen Eriez’ market leadership in flotation, magnetic, and inspection technologies.
- Deliver against the Eriez global strategic plan by operationalizing and implementing local site objectives and KPIs.
- Build customer trust by providing technical expertise, superior service, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Position Eriez as a center of excellence for talent, technology, and customer value.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in capital equipment or industrial manufacturing, with significant leadership and P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record driving commercial and operational growth in technical B2B markets.
- Familiarity with regional business regulations, financial practices, and employment law.
- Experience in matrixed global organizations and multi-site leadership.

Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to converse in other languages helpful
