We’re looking for a General Manager in Ocala who wants to earn up to $200,000+, lead an incredible team, and help families turn houses into homes.

What You’ll Do:

Lead People & Build Culture

• Recruit and coach high-performing sales teams

• Run morning huddles that get people fired up

• Develop your leaders and celebrate their wins

• Create a culture where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired

Drive Sales Like a Pro

• Own your store’s results — including design, accessories, and protection

• Coach daily to sales goals and conversion

• Track performance using our CRM and sales tools

• Use your business acumen to boost margins and unlock growth

Deliver 5-Star Client Experiences

• Lead from the front by being visible on the floor

• Handle escalations with empathy and solutions

• Set the tone for how every guest is treated

Think Like an Owner

• Manage the P&L with transparency and integrity

• Embrace challenges and solve problems without waiting for permission

• Use scoreboards and data to drive smart decisions
