EquipmentShare is searching for a Territory Account Manager for our Advanced Solutions facility in South Fort Worth, TX to support our team as it continues to grow. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Compressed Air, Temperature Control, and/or Power Generation.

We're seeking talented General Managers who possess these qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example by inspiring the team to perform at their highest potential.
• Build and develop an exceptional team.
• Maximize branch performance by managing operations, balancing work hours and payroll, and conducting monthly profit and loss reviews.
• Monitor key metrics such as equipment utilization, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively and clearly with the team, keeping management informed of issues and actions taken.
• Resolve conflicts and establish reasonable goals with well-defined expectations for the team.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the rental industry or a similar field.
• Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience as a main leader or executive overseeing Profit and Loss responsibilities.
• Familiarity with industrial settings and various processes supported by rental Power, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Pumps
• High level of product knowledge pertaining to rental Power, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Pumps.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
