SHJ Construction Group is a development, construction, and installation team for Tidal Wave Auto Spa, an automatic conveyorized car wash company. 

BASIC FUNCTION

The General Labor varies from day-to-day. It may include cleaning and preparing for a job, loading and delivering materials; using different tools and machines, such as blowtorches; driving forklifts; reading levels; operating lifts; and manning power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment. Laborers set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures. They help welders, electricians, and other specialized positions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Moving, securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials

• Assisting in the building or construction of various things

• Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training

• Effectively using heavy and light equipment

• Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

There is no minimal educational requirement, but specialized training can help laborers advance Professional and experience as a general labor is preferred Strong work ethic

Requirements

• Can pass a drug test and criminal background check.

• Are legally eligible to work in the United States.

• This role may require work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on company needs. 

• This role may also require occasional driving for company business using a company, rental, or personal vehicle.
