Duties

Applicants will be considered for any Eviscerating Line Position on any shift such as day, evening, or late night. Willingness to use scissors and knives to cut chicken parts on a fast moving line.  This position is a stationary position therefore applicants should be willing to stand in the same spot while working on a fast moving line throughout the duration of shift.  Willingness to work on a platform that is approximately two feet above floor level.  This position works in a very wet environment, and these areas may have slippery walking surfaces.  Willingness to work on a stand two to three feet above ground level. 

Requirements

Willingness to stand the sight of raw chicken and byproducts.  Willingness to work on a platform that is approximately two feet above floor level.  Willingness to work in a very wet environment.  Willingness to work on a stand two to three feet above ground level.   Good hand dexterity and ability to work with scissors and knives is essential for proper completion of tasks.
