General Engineering Tech I or II - Hamilton

TxDOT’s Waco District is looking for a General Engineering Tech I or II to support the Maintenance Operations managed out of the Hamilton County Maintenance Office. This position will primarily be responsible for inspection of routine maintenance and material contracts managed out of Bell County but will also regularly fill a role on the maintenance crew; placing traffic control, running equipment, emergency response, performing bridge inspections, and other job duties as required. Qualified candidates for this position will be competent with basic computers skills and have some basic technical expertise in the field of maintenance operations. Previous experience with sampling and testing of construction materials is preferred but not required. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply today!

General Engineering Tech II: A20 $ 51,158 - $ 81,351 /Yearly
