Key Objectives

• Accurately input and update patient and clinic data in electronic systems.

• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with industry regulations.

• Support administrative processes to enhance overall clinic efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient information, medical records, and appointment details into designated databases.

• Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies promptly.

• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.

• Assist with data retrieval and report generation as needed.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless information flow.

• Follow all HIPAA and company policies regarding patient confidentiality and data security.

• Perform routine backups and data quality checks to prevent data loss.

• Support other administrative tasks as assigned to contribute to daily clinic operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or data management is a plus.

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or wellness sectors.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data handling.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software.

• Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient confidentiality standards preferred.
