Description
The Department of Internal Medicine, Section of Cardiovascular Medicine at Yale University, is seeking highly qualified candidates to join our faculty in providing general consultative cardiology in the New Haven, Connecticut area. Responsibilities will include outpatient care in an ambulatory clinic and inpatient care at Yale New Haven Hospital. Faculty members will also have opportunities to contribute to the Section’s teaching and research missions. We are looking for well-trained clinicians with prior experience who are committed to the education and mentorship of faculty, fellows, and staff.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should be well-trained clinicians, committed to faculty, fellow, and staff education, and interested in building or contributing to the section’s research programs. Candidates with advanced training in echocardiography and/or specific expertise in translational cardiovascular research, computational and outcomes/health policy research and/or experience leading clinical trial programs will be competitive.
