As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll drive global supply chain excellence by planning, sourcing, making, and delivering with precision. You’ll dive deep into data to uncover insights, pinpoint inefficiencies, and implement smart solutions that elevate performance. Collaborating with business units, product teams, suppliers, and international partners, you’ll lead targeted initiatives and market strategies that deliver real results. Your expertise in analytics and project execution will fuel continuous improvement across every link in the chain.
What You Will Do
- Optimize core supply chain functions, through strategic analysis and execution.
- Lead and support global initiatives by managing projects and contributing as a subject matter expert.
- Align operations to boost service levels, cut costs, and enhance quality, driving key performance metrics.
- Deliver data-driven solutions that resolve root causes and fuel continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Ensure supply-demand alignment through active participation in S&OP and Cost-to-Serve analysis.
- Manage Oracle system parameters to maintain accurate inputs and generate efficient supply chain plans.
- Review SKU-level forecasts using Demantra history to support accurate demand planning.
- Shape inventory strategy throughout the product lifecycle, optimizing stock levels for new and discontinued items.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: APICS certification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in supply chain management or related role.
- Systems Experience: Advanced Excel, Business Objects, and Access skills.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally and across time zones.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results, organization, and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
