About RSPCA Queensland
For nearly 140 years, RSPCA Queensland has been a leading animal welfare charity, dedicated to improving the lives of animals - whether domestic, farmed, or native. We care for over 42,000 animals annually, relying on the generosity of animal lovers like you to fund 96% of our life-changing services.
Our Mission: Together We Change Lives, And That Includes Yours.
About the Role
Join RSPCA Queensland’s passionate Fundraising team as a Fundraising Coordinator and help deliver campaigns that make a real impact for animals in need. You’ll be the organisational powerhouse behind our key fundraising initiatives - from direct mail and digital appeals to supporter campaigns and special projects.
This isn’t a marketing role - it’s about inspiring generosity and connection through purposeful fundraising. You’ll collaborate with your team, marketing, and external agencies to coordinate timelines, prepare briefs, and support smooth campaign delivery from concept to wrap-up.
This role would suit someone who’s had their first taste of fundraising and is ready to go to the next level - someone who loves detail, thrives on collaboration, and wants to see the tangible difference their work makes every day.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a confident communicator and natural organiser who’s passionate about making things happen behind the scenes. With at least 1 years’ experience in fundraising, campaign coordination, or a related field, you know how to juggle priorities, build relationships, and keep projects on track.
You enjoy variety, are comfortable switching between creative and analytical tasks, and take pride in delivering high-quality, on-time results.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Support the delivery of multi-channel fundraising campaigns and appeals.
- Liaise with the Marketing Team and external agencies to align creative and messaging.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and budgets to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Assist with reporting and analysis of campaign performance and donor engagement.
- Help craft and review creative briefs and content, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
- Contribute to ideas and improvements that enhance supporter experience.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Minimum 1 year’s fundraising or campaign coordination experience (non-profit experience highly regarded).
- Strong project coordination skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Confidence with reporting, data, and CRMs (Salesforce or similar preferred).
- A collaborative mindset, a curious nature, and a genuine commitment to animal welfare.
Why Join Us?
