Located in beautiful Niceville, FL, we are a premier 24-hour emergency veterinary clinic committed to providing exceptional care to pets and their families. Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year—including nights, weekends, and holidays—we ensure pets receive urgent medical attention whenever they need it.

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face and reassuring voice for our clients during stressful situations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and empathy. 
- Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments with efficiency. 
- Educating clients about our services and ensuring they understand treatment plans. 
- Collaborating closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Handling administrative tasks such as billing and maintaining medical records. 

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Must be at least 18 years old 
- High School Diploma or GED required. 
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting. 
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a rotating schedule. 
- Passion for animals and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
