Responsibilities
- Build relationships with patients and guide them through their treatment
- One on one coaching and goal setting with patients during treatment
- Maintain a positive, compassionate environment
- Own outcomes of patient treatment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Interest in helping others improve their mental health
- Two years’ full-time work experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
- Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
